A little bit about me...
With more than 20 years of experience in real estate, I’ve built my career around something I believe matters most: knowing the community I serve. As a consistently top-producing agent and former City Council member, I’ve not only sold homes here — I’ve helped lead the community. My former role as Chairman of the Board for the Crestview Chamber of Commerce further strengthened my relationships throughout the local business community. I’ve also served as a court-appointed Special Master, giving me experience navigating complex legal situations and serving as an expert witness when experience and sound judgment matter. And when other agents outside Florida need someone they can trust on the ground, they hire me to represent their clients. That says a lot about the relationships and reputation I’ve built.
My experience goes well beyond traditional real estate. I specialize in military, physician, executive, and relocation clients, understanding the unique considerations that come with demanding careers, call schedules, specialized financing, and often buying a home from hundreds or even thousands of miles away. Many of my clients purchase sight unseen because they trust me to be their eyes, ears, and boots on the ground. I provide detailed video showings and hands-on guidance throughout the process, and when you hire me, you get me — not an assistant, transaction coordinator, or staff member — from our first conversation through closing. I also co-own Elite Construction & Electrical, Inc., a 30-year award-winning construction company, where I serve as Vice President and Project Manager alongside my award-winning builder husband. That construction, design, and decorating experience gives my sellers an added advantage when it comes to staging, renovations, vacation-rental design, and understanding what truly adds value to a property.
But there’s another side of me that I think is just as important. Yes, I can be the polished, “Boujie Boutique Broker” dressed to the nines, selling a Gulf-front penthouse — but I’m just as comfortable trading heels for muck boots and heading home to Fleur de Lis Farm, where I’m known for my “Fancy Flock” of roosters and chickens. I believe that being professional and being relatable aren’t mutually exclusive. I’m proud to bring sophistication, experience, and serious industry knowledge to every transaction while still keeping things personal, genuine, and down to earth. My clients may start as clients, but many become lifelong friends — and that personal connection is something no algorithm, corporation, or AI can replace.
